S88 batch control standard is a standard that modularizes processes and provides a framework for instructions eg. Recipes. We are engaging with process upstream of infant formula production; automation for wet mixing, evaporator, spray dryer and CIP systems. They are controlled and monitored from a centralized control system consists of SCADA system, based on Server/Client architecture. This system comes with one server and multiple client stations in dynamic presentation of process flows, operator input windows, detail reporting, production scheduler, recipe and alarm management interface. It is possible to have SQL database and OPC Data Access connection make available for MES. With the right planning, it is also possible to have automatic data exchange between process upstream and downstream dry blending and packaging system in order to optimize their inter-operability.
